About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing B2B Staff to join our dynamic team at PT SUNRISE MASAMI INTERNASIONAL' in Banyuwangi, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving our B2B marketing initiatives, focusing on delivering effective communication strategies and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive B2B marketing plans to promote our products and services to target corporate clients
Crafting engaging and compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to showcase our offerings
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation, prospecting, and client retention efforts
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform our marketing strategies
Analysing campaign performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Contributing to the overall marketing and communications initiatives of the organisation
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, and account-based marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns
Proficiency in data analysis and using marketing analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, for example: CRM systems, SAP, ERP, etc.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
