What you’ll do, and how you’ll contribute to Klook Indonesia, is described below.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a content and social media strategy across multiple channels for Klook Indonesia, aligned with our business goals.
• Monitor social media trends, spot hijacking opportunities, and manage the social media calendar in sync with our travel calendar and tactical campaigns.
• Track performance through social media insights and deliver regular reports to guide improvements.
• Understand key user segments across different platforms, and engage in timely, relevant social media banter to build brand affinity.
• Oversee KOL/influencer strategies — from partnerships to campaign development — to support user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with the Klook Kreator Community, creating engaging content and meaningful interactions that drive mutual value and revenue impact.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years in social media, content, or influencer marketing.
• An extrovert with the ability to produce diverse and engaging content angles, and collaborate effectively with influencers.
• A self-starter with a startup mindset who thrives in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable with Canva and social media analytics tools.
• Prior team management experience is an advantage.
