About the role

As Manager, QMS at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk - Karawang Plant you will be responsible for overseeing the company's quality management system and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Karawang, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and maintaining the company's quality management system (QMS) to meet ISO and other relevant standards

• Coordinate with team to get certification for ISO 9001, FSSC, Halal, SNI, TKDN, and other product certification.

• Conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor QMS compliance and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborating with Production Team for preparing QP, WI, etc

• Reporting on QMS performance metrics and making recommendations to senior management

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality management

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in the manufacture pulp & paper industry

• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality management frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and lead projects to successful completion

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management, or operations management
