Resposibility:

1. Designing, implementing and developing quality control systems such as sampling systems, methods and quality inspection procedures, from raw materials to the final product used by the customer so that the safety and quality consistency of all products can be guaranteed.

2. Coordinate the preparation and control of quality documents that are carried out according to company policy.

3. Prepare, develop and implement quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, Traceability, SOP QA & QC, QC Check Sheet and other quality systems as an effort to control product quality in general.

4. Responsible for updating the Food Safety System that applies and becomes a reference.

5. Responding to quality complaints from customers and designing systems to control and follow up on deviations according to these complaints.

6. Conducting audits to determine the accuracy of implementation and effectiveness of standards and quality systems and continuously strives to improve the applicable quality standards.

7. Responsible for the smoothness / success of the External Audit / Customer Audit

8. Identifying the need for improvement/improvement of the management system performance and following up on it for the need for continuous maintenance & improvement of the system

9. Create an internal audit plan & management review meeting and ensure its realization

10. Monitor the achievement of company and department targets & ensure the realization of follow-up on non-compliance with achievements

11. Ensure that documentation is always updated when there are changes in the implementation of the quality management system

12. Ensuring product safety systems, regulatory compliance and quality run according to specified requirements

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bacelors Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably in Food Technology)

2. Having experience at least 5 years in the same position

3. Preferably have experience in the Food Industry

4. Must have GFSI certification (BRCGS/FSC 22000)

5. Preferably those who understand Food Safety Standards for Packaging

6. Understanding and experience as an internal auditor

7. Placement in Ciruas, Serang-Banten
