Job responsibilities:

• Enforce/Respect the safety rules and the internal policy

• Running the extruding processes and perform extruding line start up and shut down sequence processes

• Perform operational cleaning operations, change over cleaning, weekly cleaning & Sanitization and housekeeping checks to ensure compliance to 5S

• Complete production reports as required by manager and record any production events (stops, quantity, quality)

• Follow GMP in the area and support the HACCP program in the department

• Maintain CCPs and OPRPs in the department, perform the CCP and OPRP's procedure according to SOPs

• Sampling of products to ensure quality control, Perform and record quality control tests

• Report any pest activity to related Manager

• Control and maintain a constant supply of coating powders and liquids to the coater in cooperation with the RM handler

• Perform inventory of raw ingredients s / finished products in bins (cyclical and period end inventories)

• Any task as delegated by Manager

Requirements:

• 22-34 years of age

• Diploma Degree in (Mechanical, Automation) or Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineer, Automotive Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

• Training and/or Experience in functional tasks (opt: knowledge of feed/food industry) 0-3 years or 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Good communication skills both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa.

• Good math, reading and writing skills.

• High level of mechanical aptitude and knowledge with good skills in troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Excellent housekeeping skills and knowledge of GMP's.

• Ability to operate computer.

• Ability to work 6 day/Week rotating shifts under variable conditions such as heat, cold, high and /or confined spaces and have full mobility with ability to climb ladders and stairs and do repetitive bending and twisting.

• Safety & Hygiene & Quality conscious, Initiative, Self motivated, Team player, Technically inclined, Depth perception, Tolerance to hot environment, Unrestricted range of motion, Colour discrimination, olfactory and texture perception
