Job Responsibilities:
Organization Development / OD
Develop solutions, programs and implement OD strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify areas for improvement within the organization and devise action plans to address them by improvement strategies.
Create Performance Management & analyze employee's KPI achievement.
Lead or support HR Projects related to organization development, workforce planning & people development, ensuring they are completed on time, within a scope and on budget.
Work closely with HR Head, department leaders, and Management to understand business needs and translate them into effective organizational design strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Develop and implement performance management systems
Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to gauge employee engagement levels.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in order to increase productivity and retention.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Use assessment data to develop and implement targeted development initiatives.
Develop and update organizational policies and procedures to support OD initiatives.
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on OD activities and their impact on organizational performance.
Talent Management
Lead all aspects of talent management activities. (recruitment & selection, induction, assessment, learning, training & development, etc.)
Create succession profiles, identify potential candidates and key talent within the organization, and provide a development program.
Identify employee development needs, design and implement training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure employees have opportunities for professional growth.
Collect, analyze and use data on employees and workforce trends to make evidence-based decisions and more effective talent management strategies.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees and leaders to enhance performance.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor degree, preferable in Psychology, Management, HR Management, or any related major.
More than 5 years experiences as HR Leader with experience and track record in the field of organizational development, business process, strategy management or a related HR function; and have passion & soul as HR Leader.
Having deep Experience with Business Process, Organization Structure, Job Evaluation / Job Grading, Job Description, Employee Competency, Key Performance Indicator, Company SOP & Policy Developing Performance Appraisal & Workforce Management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and to use Organization structure tools such as advance Excel skills, Visio, Power Point, draw.io and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels, include senior leadership.
Having experience to lead or support HR Projects / HR Programs related to organization development, workforce planning & people development.
Detailed-oriented with strong organization and deep understanding of best practices in OD, HRBP and Talent Management.
Having deep skill in Conflict Management and Problem Resolution.
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or Certified Organization Development Professional (CODP) would be an advantage.
Able to collaborate with HC team and other departments at all levels.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Willing to be place in Pancoran - South Jakarta.
