About the role

We are searching for an experienced Manager Dry Food to oversee the operations and performance of our Dry Food department at our store in Serang, Banten. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the Dry Food category.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily operations of the Dry Food department, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising

• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to drive revenue

• Collaborate with other Departement and the team to develop and execute plans to achieve departmental and store-wide objectives

• Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment by providing coaching, training, and motivation to the Dry Food team

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for
