Capital Limited melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Maintenance Supervisor di Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Capital Limited. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Maintenance Supervisor di Jakarta Perusahaan Capital Limited:

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

Location: Gabon

Primary Responsibility:

To lead workforce and provide repair and preventative maintenance for all equipment to ensure optimal availability at the optimal cost. Maintain your Duty of Care to provide a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise specific activities may include boiler making, engine rebuilds, light vehicle and truck mechanics, auto electrical repairs and installations, general fitting and field fitting.
• Maintain a fleet of Mining/Drilling Assets and all associated equipment to ensure optimum availability.
• Train and recommend external training and supervise the team.
• Inspect and monitor work in progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Co-ordinate activities of specific team units.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of all plant and equipment.
• Ensure the Correct Completion of Backlogs, Job cards etc for all equipment maintained.
• Regularly follow up with planner on parts status to ensure ability to close out backlogs
• Ensure compliance to safe work policies and procedures and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
• Assist in the development of maintenance procedures.
• Minimize parts wastage.
• Undertake preventative maintenance as per the preventative maintenance programmed.
• Other duties as directed including night shift work.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of all aspects of equipment repair including boiler making, engine rebuilds, light vehicle and truck mechanics, auto electrical repairs and installations, general fitting, and field fitting and drill rigs and compressor and booster and water pumps and LTW
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sound troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge on how to read and explain a schematic and OEM manuals

Training & Education Required:

• Recognized training certificate or trade certificate in fitter or diesel maintenance

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in the relative industry and working with all types of mining & drilling equipment
• Experience on explore 235/Shram 685/Sandvik d710/EDM1200/ COMPRESSOR/BOOSTERS/LIV/TRUCKS
• International experience an advantage
• Previous expat experience in west Africa is a advantage but not compulsory.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be fit & able to perform the inherent requirements of the job and must abide by fitness for work Golden Rules.
• Need to be hands on experience lead by example
