Summary of the Role

Provide comprehensive technical support for Terumo Medica devices, including installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and technical training to customer. This role requires troubleshooting, servicing and resolving technical issues.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of Terumo medical devices.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve technical issues with medical devices, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Device Installation & Setup – Oversee the installation and commissioning of new medical equipment, ensuring all devices meet operational and safety standards.
• Customer Training & Support – Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff on proper use, safety, and maintenance of Terumo medical devices.
• Compliance & Documentation: – Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including reports, service logs, and maintenance schedules, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Other Teams – Work closely with the sales and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful deployment and performance of medical devices.

Education & Experience

• Electromedical engineering or related fields preferred
• Must have STR
• 5 Years experience as service engineers in medical devices industries
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Provide continuous 24 hours by 7 days a week, support in response to customer calls for service
• Strong oral and written communication in English
