Responsibility:

• Supervising, leading and managing a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, and ensuring they meet performance and safety requirements.

• Planning and scheduling, developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.

• Ensuring safety and performance monitoring, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for the maintenance team, monitoring tooling performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.

• Plan, coordinate, and direct skills and knowledge enhancement programs for new projects, regularly monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to mitigate potential setbacks.

• Equipment Management, overseeing the condition of all equipment's, identifying potential upgrades, and managing inventory of spares parts and tools. Budget management, managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring all activities are within budget constraints.

• Risk assessment and mitigation, anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Problem solving, diagnosing and resolving complex maintenance issues, developing solutions, and implementing them effectively and compliance, ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical and production engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position or injection molding industries.

• Experience and strong molding machines, robotics and electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic system experiences. Technical capability (knowledge of Injection molding machine brand Toyo, Engel, Baby Plast).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes. Knowledge Robot program like Witman, Engel and Star Seiki.

• Excellent with problem solving or analysis (trouble shooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic system), root cause analysis, failure analysis and ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability.

• Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft excel. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, etc.).

• Good attitude with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit, influence skills, able to handle multi-task, perform well under pressure and seek continuous improvement, active listening, and presentation skills.
