Details :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Management Executive - China Lead to lead our China student recruitment division. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken). Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, you'll receive full training before taking on responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the end-to-end China student recruitment initiative, from initial planning to full execution.

• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aimed at Indonesian students seeking education opportunities in China.

• Establish and sustain collaborative relationships with universities and educational institutions in China.

• Organize promotional activities such as marketing campaigns, online seminars, and education expos to raise awareness of Scholars Republic's offerings.

• Guide and support the recruitment team to achieve student enrollment goals.

• Analyze industry developments and competitor movements to deliver actionable recommendations for business expansion.

• Guarantee adherence to all applicable laws, visa regulations, and university admission standards.

• Administer financial plans, manpower, and project schedules efficiently.

• Deliver consistent reporting and strategic feedback to senior leadership regarding recruitment outcomes and obstacles.

Qualifications :

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Indonesian, strong command of English is an advantage.

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
