Responsibilities:

Manage inventory movements and warehouse operations, coordinate internal and external shipments, monitor stock accuracy, arrange transportation activities, and ensure the timely and efficient flow of goods while maintaining compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage inventory movements to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate internal and external deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Prepare, review, and maintain logistics and shipping documentation.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Conduct inventory checks and stock reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules and delivery requirements
• Monitor transportation activities and resolve logistics-related issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures within the warehouse and logistics processes.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain records of inventory, shipments, and transportation activities.
• Assist in improving logistics and warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirement:

• Good understanding of inventory movement and inventory management processes.
• Able to coordinate internal and external goods deliveries effectively.
• Capable of handling and supporting warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of transportation management and logistics processes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
