Job Description

• Deploy, configure, and deliver LLM (Large Language Model) products, ensuring stable operation in customer environments.
• Write and debug scripts and basic code related to LLM products, assisting the development team in fulfilling customization requirements.
• Lead testing and acceptance of LLM products, ensuring outputs meet design standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor product performance, continuously improving outcomes and user experience through data analysis and model optimization.
• Provide training and technical support to customers and internal teams, facilitating effective product implementation and adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; min.2-3 years of experience in technical operations, product delivery, or development.
• Foundational programming skills, familiarity with languages such as Python, and ability to understand and debug simple code.
• Understanding of basic principles and applications of Large Language Models (LLMs); experience in AI product operations or delivery is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with customers, technical teams, and product teams.
• Strong learning ability, passionate about AI technology, and adaptable to evolving technologies and business needs.
• Language requirements: Fluent in English and Bahasa; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
