CIMB Niaga melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Credit Inspection & Valuation di Banten yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor CIMB Niaga. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Credit Inspection & Valuation di Banten Perusahaan CIMB Niaga:

• Responsible for escalating any irregularities or issues that cannot be resolved in a timely and expeditious manner.
• Conducting collateral assessments, whether conducted by internal appraisers or the Credit Service Office (KJPP), in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Maintaining effective and responsive communication with business units/guarantee assessment applicants as internal customers, regarding all concerns or questions raised.
• Creating a positive work environment within the team and with other work units to foster effective collaboration and communication to support the work process.
• In carrying out their duties, they consistently apply the principle of prudence and act as a risk manager for all operational aspects under their responsibility. They also coordinate with internal customers to obtain positive feedback and continuous process improvement.

Strategy and Planning:

Establishing/determining Credit Inspection & Valuation work targets, evaluating the results achieved, and making improvements when necessary to ensure optimal results in line with established goals.

Business Performance and Management:

1. Ensures the collateral assessment process is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the Service Level Agreement.
2. Monitors and reviews the entire process: Collateral Assessment, Merchandise Assessment (Di-Fi), Merchandise Investigation, Field Investigation, Micro Linkage, KJPP Performance
3. Ensures compliance with applicable internal and external credit provisions and procedures, while consistently adhering to the principle of prudence and fairness, while also considering Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Financial Risk, Legal Risk, and Reputational Risk in the implementation of work under its coordination.
4. Periodically reviews work processes to achieve the best results for supported Business Units in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced 3-5 years in similar position from Banking
• Hands on in Credit Risk Management, Operational Management, Document Management, Collateral asset assessment.
