Live Streaming Coordinator - Supervisor Level

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with hosts in product selection and organize key selling points for each live session to ensure accurate and error-free information delivery.
2. Manage and maintain the safety, aesthetics, and cleanliness of samples and assets within the live streaming studio.
3. Collaborate in live streaming preparation, promotional announcements, and assist in short video shooting.
4. Assist hosts in showcasing products during live streaming and manage the pickup and return of samples both on and off the set.
5. Actively participate throughout the live session by engaging with hosts and audiences to create an interactive atmosphere and drive audience engagement.
6. Post-streaming, be responsible for organizing and collecting broadcast samples, listing any missing items, and coordinating with the finance team.
7. Handle inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and feedback from hosts, and resolve issues by providing appropriate solutions.
8. Direct interaction: Assist hosts in crafting dialogue scenarios and boosting order conversion during live streaming.
9. Act as a backup host: Support the host during live sessions when needed and help achieve business results in the role of Live Streaming Operator.
10. Optimize live streaming scripts.
11. Monitor live streaming data on the main screen.
12. Create reports and analyze live streaming performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in live streaming.
• Strong understanding of the structure and rules of e-commerce live streaming, with excellent communication skills, quick response time, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to stay updated on trends, with good product presentation and communication skills.
• Capable of managing live streaming flow, with strong service orientation and audience management skills.
• Skilled in monitoring live streaming data on the main screen.
• Proficient in using broadcasting/live streaming tools (e.g., OBS).
