Tulandut Indonesia is looking for a highly-driven Live Operations Specialist to join our growing team in the live e-commerce space (retail). This role is dedicated to managing and executing livestream shows across platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. If you're tech-savvy, quick-thinking, and passionate about high-quality content execution — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily live streams across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other platforms

• Ensure the final on-screen livestream display meets high-quality visual and technical standards for customer viewing

• Operate and troubleshoot live streaming tools such as OBS.

• Set up and manage live studio equipment (lighting, camera, audio, product display)

• Coordinate and manage host and co-host schedules to ensure smooth livestream operations

• Collaborate closely with hosts/co-hosts to create an engaging and vibrant live streaming atmosphere

• Write and structure livestream scripts and selling strategies tailored to campaign goals and product focus

• Supervise live sessions in real time to ensure seamless execution and quick response to any issues

• Analyse TikTok dashboard and performance data to improve stream quality and conversion rates

• Report key performance insights to the Lead of Operations

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in live commerce, streaming operations, or e-commerce platforms

• Proven skills in using OBS and similar live-streaming tools

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee Live ecosystems and backend dashboards

• Tech-savvy with excellent setup skills for lighting, audio, streaming gear, and studio environments

• Detail-oriented and deeply committed to delivering high standards in live broadcast quality

• Strong multitasking, coordination, and time management abilities

• Effective communicator who works well with on-air talent (hosts/co-hosts)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment with quick turnaround execution

• Experience writing sales scripts or live content strategies is a strong plus

• Familiarity with Lark is preferred, but not required

• Background in a TSP (TikTok Shop Partner) or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) is highly advantageous
