As a Lead Sales Specialist, you'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With purpose of generating business opportunities for Drill Bits, you'll collaborate across all the industry. You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients. 

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Drill Bits, you will be responsible for:

  • Being within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge with some customization within guidelines.
  • Contributing to frameworks for price negotiation and conditions.
  • Handling diverse clients in the region.
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support for time to time.
  • Handling local focus on medium size territory.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in Oilfield Services Sales.
  • Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Be fluent in English both oral and written with excellent all-round communication skills.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have an ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
