Partner with the best
As Technical Support Engineer, you'll work as part of the support team. You'll lead and provide technical support to other groups and co-workers for Baker Hughes Artificial Lift System team. You'll provide coaching to others specialist, technicians, and apprentices in your area of expertise.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible:
Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.
Developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
Managing and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.
Collaborating with Field Service Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.
Raising alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of thorough understanding (Technical) and competency in Artificial Lift System operations and ESP (Electrical submersible Pump).
Be a good communicator and fluent in English.
