What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organisation's business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth.
• Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security measures.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organisation, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
• Examine, investigate, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritisation, approval, etc.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python/Pandas
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
