PT Jensen Group Bali is hiring potential candidates as a Junior Interior Designer, you will play a vital role in assisting the senior design team in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing creative interior design solutions for various projects. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of interior design while contributing to the overall success of our design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support:

Assist senior designers in all phases of the design process, from concept development to project completion.Collaborate with the team to create design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings. 

• Research and Development:

Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and products to stay updated on the latest design innovations.Support the team in sourcing and selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes for projects.

• Space Planning:

Assist in creating space plans and layouts that optimize functionality and aesthetics.Collaborate with the team to develop furniture arrangements and interior spatial configurations. 

• Documentation:

Prepare and organize design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material samples.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, ensuring seamless communication within the team.

• Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.Communicate design concepts effectively, both visually and verbally. 

• Vendor Coordination:

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and product information.Assist in coordinating the procurement of materials and furnishings. 

• Site Visits:

Attend site visits to understand project conditions and provide support during the construction and installation phases. 

• Software Proficiency:

Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and presentations. 

Qualifications:

1. Good English proficiency (Oral & Written)
2. Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field
3. Strong passion for interior design and a creative mindset. 
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
5. Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office suite. 
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving project requirements. 
7. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
