Job Descriptions:
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate guest information, payment processing, and room allocation.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special accommodations based on guest preferences and hotel availability.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing inquiries and messages to the appropriate departments.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, report generation, and guest profile updates.
Utilize the VHP system for reservations and inventory management.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar front desk role in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding guest service.
Impeccable grooming, demeanor, and appearance to represent the hotel positively.
Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Familiarity with the VHP system is highly preferred.
