Job Description - Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various IT positions (e.g., Developers, Engineers, Analysts).
- Post job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and relevant tech communities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support campus hiring, internship programs, and tech career fairs.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with recruiter team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires
- Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR team for branding materials, internal communications, and recruitment campaigns.
- Help organize company events, employer branding activities, and partnerships with universities or tech communities.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT hiring).
- Familiarity with tech roles and IT industry trends is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for social media and content creation.
- Passionate about people, branding, and technology.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Teams, Zoom and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
