About the role
We are seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our team at PT Sanggraha Pintar Logistik Indonesia, a leading logistics company based in Semarang, Central Java. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our information technology infrastructure and systems to ensure seamless operations for our business.
What you'll be doing
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues across the organization
Administering and maintaining our network systems, servers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance
Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and data
Coordinating with various departments to identify and address their IT needs and requirements
Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures
Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommending improvements or upgrades as needed
Providing training and support to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and tools
Implement system to the daily business.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Specialist or similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and IT security
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software-related issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex IT problems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver IT solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to learn and keep up with the latest advancements in technology
