About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT FHG TEKSTIL INDONESIA'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting to our employees located in Demak, Central Java. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our technical infrastructure and helping our staff stay productive.

What you'll be doing

• Provide frontline IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
