About the role

This is a full-time Assistant Mandarin Speaker role at PT Donlim Technology Indonesia, based in Demak Regency, Central Java. As an Assistant Mandarin Speaker, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's operations and serving as a key interface between the organisation and its Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to Mandarin-speaking executives and departments

2. Translating and interpreting between Mandarin and English to facilitate effective communication

3. Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars

4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents

5. Coordinating travel arrangements and providing on-site support during meetings and events

6. Serving as a cultural liaison to help bridge the gap between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders

7. Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

1. Excellent proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate and interpret with a high degree of accuracy

2. Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with experience in a similar role

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels

4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and various administrative software

6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

7. Demonstrated experience in a Mandarin-speaking or international business environment
