About the role
We are seeking two experienced IT Helpdesk Professionals to join our dynamic team at PT Integrasi Solusi Prima in Surabaya, East Java. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems and software are functioning seamlessly.
What you'll be doing
Responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and issues from our clients in a timely manner
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems to identify and implement solutions
Providing end-user support and training on the utilisation of IT systems and applications
Documenting all support activities and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
Continuously improving our IT support processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Working knowledge of common desktop applications, hardware, and operating systems
Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and continuously improving IT support processes
