We're seeking a skilled and driven Investor Relations to join our team in the palm oil plantation sector. PT Eagle High Plantations, Tbk open opportunity for a professional who thrives on building strong financial relationships and has a deep understanding of agricultural industries.

Job Responsibilities :- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy for our palm oil plantation company.- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media.- Plan and manage investor events like roadshows, conferences, and site visits to our plantations.- Create compelling and accurate communication materials, including press releases, presentations, and annual reports.- Monitor and analyze market trends within the palm oil and broader agricultural sectors.- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market and stakeholder feedback.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.- Managing reporting activities related to the corporate secretary- Acting as a liaison between the company and shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders- Handling corporate events, such as public expose, press conferences, and also sponsorship activities- Handling public information related to the company

Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in investor relations, preferably within the agricultural, commodities, or plantation sectors.- Technical and analytical skills in financial and data analysis, capital markets, regulatory compliance, financial communication, and investor targeting are critical in IR.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and operational information clearly.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
