Job Description 

• Assist the Membership Team with event preparation. 
• Handle enquiries, registration, and payments for the Membership events. 
• Address membership enquiries. 
• Update membership data by reaching out to members, utilising various methods such as phone calls and emails. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Membership Department.

Job Requirements

• Interest in event planning and member engagement.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Comfortable with phone calls and sending emails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Willing to learn and take on different tasks as needed.
