We are seeking a passionate and experienced Luxury In-Store Sales Assistant to join Tiyara, a boutique brand rooted in elegance, refinement, and conscious living. Located in the heart of Ubud, our boutique is a sanctuary where beauty, presence, and luxury meet.

Job Description

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Create a luxury shopping experience by engaging with customers in an elegant and professional manner

• Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Ensure the boutique is fully stocked, organized, and inviting

• Understand and communicate the brand story and product details to customers

• Guide customers in finding pieces that align with their style and preferences

• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently

• Stay knowledgeable about fabrics, craftsmanship, and collections

• Accurately describe product features and benefits to assist clients in their purchase decisions

• Prepare and present our delicious teas to customers to grow brand awareness and boost sales

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail, boutique fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Confident, well-presented, and passionate about luxury fashion

• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to personal and professional growth

• Comfortable with tracking and reporting sales performance
