About the role
As a HVAC Technical Engineer (Mandarin) at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the company's heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This full-time role is located in North Jakarta, Jakarta and requires fluency in Mandarin.
What you'll be doing
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC systems and equipment
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units
Analyse system performance and make recommendations for optimisation
Liaise with customers and suppliers to address HVAC-related inquiries and issues
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
Have experience as a HVAC technical engineer or in a similar role ; fresh graduates are also welcome
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
