As a HR Development, you will play a vital role in managing the company's human capital, from recruitment and employee development to maintaining a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of labor regulations, and managerial capabilities to support both the company's growth and the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings.
- Conduct the selection process, including screening, interviews, and placement of candidates.
2. Performance & Employee Relations Management
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on employee performance based on OKR
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work relationship.
- Handle employee relations issues in a professional manner.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
- Manage HR administration including contracts, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Policies & Company Culture
- Develop HR policies that support productivity and employee well-being.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture aligned with the company's vision and mission.
Person We Are Looking For:
1. Bachelor's degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2. Min 2-3 years of experience as an People Operations, HR Generalist, Junior Recruiter or in a similar HR role and preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
5. Knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices in Indonesia.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
7. Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (hiring & talent sourcing, including headhunting/poaching top talent).
8. Strong experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring OKRs/KPIs across multiple levels of the organization.
