We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team and help drive our people strategy in a growing, multicultural setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive work culture.
HR Policy & Compliance:• Oversee the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal PT PMA requirements.
Performance Management & Development:• Manage performance appraisal processes and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.• Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Administrative & HR Operations:• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reports for management.• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and other day-to-day HR operations.• Maintain and organize BPJS Kesehatan using the Edabu application and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan via SIPP online, including managing the system for employee onboarding and offboarding (in and out processes).• Provide training on these systems for new users as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within Indonesia or a multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in a PT PMA or similar international corporate environment is an asset.
