About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Bandung, West Java. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting the business in achieving its objectives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions

2. Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a range of employee-related matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development

3. Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and wellbeing

4. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations

5. Serve as a trusted advisor and champion for change, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture

6. Participate in the development and execution of the overall HR strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role

3. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven insights

6. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business performance

7. Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
