JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior or Mid-Level Technical Writer to create clear, comprehensive documentation for our integrated theme park technology ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between engineering teams, product managers, and end-users—both internal and external.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write, manage, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, user guides, and integration manuals.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA teams to gain deep understanding of system features and workflows.
Develop detailed business process documentation for operational modules such as ticketing, membership, and inventory management.
Create and maintain internal developer documentation, including onboarding guides and coding standards.
Regularly review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum 3+ years (Mid-Level) or 5+ years (Senior-Level) of experience as a Technical Writer in a software product environment.
A strong portfolio of technical documentation demonstrating clarity, structure, and depth (e.g., API docs, user manuals).
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex, multi-domain technical systems.
Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Google Docs, Draw.io, Markdown, Swagger/OpenAPI, Confluence, and Git.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders.
