Key Responsibilities:
Lead HC operational excellence by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, benefits, and workforce administration.
Align compensation strategies with business objectives through data-driven salary benchmarking and total rewards analysis.
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across all HR operations by proactively managing legal updates, audits, and risk mitigation.
Drive a seamless employee lifecycle experience through integrated onboarding, offboarding, and self-service systems.
Utilize service feedback and process metrics to continuously improve HR service delivery and employee satisfaction.
Provide strategic oversight of industrial relations, ensuring early risk detection, structured dispute resolution, and balanced stakeholder engagement.
Champion a fair and compliant workplace culture by managing disciplinary frameworks, policy communication, and employee relations cases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and industrial relations.
Proven ability to manage labor law compliance, employee relations, and conflict mediation.
Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and document management tools.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment policies.
Excellent analytical skills in compensation, benefits, and regulatory risk tracking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in sensitive or escalated employee issues.
Detail-oriented with strong administrative, compliance, and process management capabilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee matters with discretion.
Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, or HR operational certifications is a plus.
