About the role
Sister Company PT SELALU NIA DALLE', a leading provider of accounting and financial services, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Accounting to join our team on a contract basis. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and accounting practices.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
Providing expert guidance and support to the finance and accounting teams
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to improve financial processes and controls
Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Assisting with the preparation of audit-ready documentation
Mentoring and training junior members of the finance and accounting teams
What we're looking for
At least 1 -2 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within a large or complex organisation
Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
Proven ability to analyse financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Expertise in using financial software and data analysis tools
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA)
