Job Qualification :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or related field;

2. Have minimum 1 year of relevant working experience as an environmental or HSE specialist in the manufacturing field;

3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply;

4. Have a good understanding of Occupational Safety, HSE management systems, HSE reporting, etc.;

5. Preferred have certification of HSE and Ahli K3 Umum;

6. Strong investigative skills, communication, initiative and adaptation;

7. Good in English (Writing & Listening) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point & Word);

8. Willing to be placed in MM2100 Industry Area , West Cikarang.

Job Description :

1. Implementing and coordinating the application of the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard and SMK3 and fulfilling compliance obligations;

2. Coordination of the implementation of the OHS management system by the ISO team;

3. Ensure the implementation of identification and evaluation of occupational health and safety risk studies by the ISO team and carry out mitigation actions according to the established plan;

4. Reporting and creating a corrective action plan for occupational health and safety incidents/accidents;

5. Ensure that monitoring and measurement of occupational health and safety is carried out and creating analysis and evaluation from the obtained results;

6. Prepare documents and create reports in the occupational health and safety management system;

7. Coordinate the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations and ensure updated permits;

8. Monitoring and ensuring that emergency response facilities are functional and conducting training and evaluation of the emergency response team;

9. Conduct training and communication of health and safety requirements to internal and external parties;

10. Create and monitor action plans for non-conformities;

11. Monitoring the needs and usage of supporting facilities and infrastructure for K3 activities;

12. Assist in the implementation of internal and external OHS audits;

13. Preparing and publishing documented information (procedures, etc.) and controlling changes related to the OH&S management system including external documents;

14. Creating and controlling budget usage in the BP and forecast;

15. Controlling and monitoring the use of assets and internal documents section;

16. Responding to special instructions.
