HSE Staff (Project Based)

• Perform routine inspections of tools, equipment, and work areas (e.g., cables, ladders, AV devices at height).

• Identify hazards and recommend preventive measures (e.g., proper cable management, safe work at height).

• Monitor high-risk activities such as electrical works and elevated installations.

• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

• Coordinate with project teams and external parties regarding safety compliance.

• Create HSE reports according to project requirements.

COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION :

• Able to join immediately.

•   Min. Diploma/Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.

• Have a BNSP / Kemnaker HSE certificate.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HSE field.

• Understand and implement all regulations related to CSMS and K3.

• Skilled in HSE documentation and reporting.

• Detail-oriented, communicative, and mobile.

• Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Placement at project site in PIK, North Jakarta (must be mobile); Head Office located in Kalibata, South Jakarta
