About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRD Restaurant to join our talented team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia' in Jakarta. As the HRD Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our dynamic restaurant group. This full-time position will see you working closely with our operations and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class human resources solutions across our growing portfolio of restaurants.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and policies to attract, retain and develop top talent
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive, collaborative company culture
Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic HR initiatives
Partnering with department heads to understand and address their unique HR needs
Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters
Designing and delivering impactful training programmes to upskill our restaurant teams
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry
Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian employment legislation and best practice HR policies
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to think strategically and implement practical HR solutions
Strong commercial acumen and a passion for contributing to business growth
Collaborative team player with a solutions-focused approach
