Department: Human Resources & General Affairs
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HRGA Staff member to support both human resources and general administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in employee relations, recruitment, personnel administration, office management, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Human Resources (HR):
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
*General Affairs (GA):
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors
- Handle general administrative duties such as document filing and travel arrangements
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
- Support internal events, meetings, and company activities
*Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or General Affairs roles (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices (adjust regionally as needed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
*Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HRIS or attendance software
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environments
- Basic knowledge of procurement or asset management
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
