Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, vigilant, and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure and orderly environment, protecting property, and ensuring the safety of all individuals within our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and via vehicle (if applicable), to deter and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or other security breaches.
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to identify and respond to suspicious activities or emergencies.
Control access to the building and premises, verifying credentials of personnel, visitors, and vendors.
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including but not limited to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security threats.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Write detailed and accurate incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and guests while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, gather evidence, and interview witnesses as needed.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Administer First Aid or CPR when required (certification preferred).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar security-related role.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Possession of a valid Security Officer License is a distinct advantage.
Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during emergency situations.
Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive reports.
Basic computer literacy for report writing and system monitoring.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English [and Bahasa Indonesia if applicable].
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform duties in various weather conditions.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
