Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an HR consultant, delivering insights and solutions to client group leadership teams to address business challenges. Contribute to the development of successful business strategies

• Build strong relationships across the organization

• Collaborate on end-to-end implementation, guidance and interpretation of HR policies and guidelines that meet the needs of the function

• Serve as the point of contact for employees when navigating challenging personal or professional issues that impact their work experience

• Implement day to day HR process and ensure the effectiveness

• Conduct regular touchpoints and meetings with respective business units

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

• Collaborate with GA IT to oversee and ensure the day-to-day operations runs well

• Oversee employees relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

• Willing to relocate to Cikande, Banten

• Min. 1 year working experience in Manufacturing setting

• Min. Bachelor's Degree
