About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to join our Company, We are Multinational Company in FMCG. As the HRGA Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions, ensuring seamless operations and the development of our talented workforce. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall objectives

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to attract and retain top talent

• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

• Manage the General Affairs department, including facilities management, office operations, and administrative support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee engagement and foster a positive work environment

• Analyse HR data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement

• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the management team on HR and GA-related matters

• Ensure mutual understanding between management and labor union regarding employment terms, salary increment and other conditions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRGA role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in Indonesia

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Proficient in data analysis and using HR management systems

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
