Job Descriptions :
- Assist in payroll process by provides employee allowances and deductions database readiness using SAP software to ensure the salary and benefit are paid accurately to all employee.
- Manage compensation & benefit matters e.g allowance calculations, overtime calculations, BPJS registration and deactivation, and salary negotiations for recruitment's candidates.
- Manage employee performance appraisal are distributed to all Head of Department in within timely manner periodically, or before employee's end probation / contract period.
- Manage employee relations, workplace policies, also foster a positive, compliant work environment through communication and conflict solving.
- Manage office operations and building facilities (reception desk, toilet functions, general cleanliness, electricity) also responsible for administrative paperwork GA functions.
- Maintain relationships & provide negotiations with external vendors and service providers for related HR and GA matters.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from any major (preferred Human Resource Management, Accounting, Information System, Industrial Engineering, Law or Psychology).
- Having minimum 5 years experience as HR Supervisor, including administrative control of Personnel (attendance, leave, employment contracts, employment agreements, payroll etc.), familiar with Performance Appraisal, and General Affairs matters.
- Experienced in handling above 500 employees spread in several branch offices.
- Hands-on in using HRIS Payroll Software SAP.
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel formulas will be very considered.
- Candidate should be willing to work at Meruya, West Jakarta.
