About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRD Restaurant to join our talented team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia' in Jakarta. As the HRD Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our dynamic restaurant group. This full-time position will see you working closely with our operations and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class human resources solutions across our growing portfolio of restaurants.
What you'll be doing
Maintain and update employee records, including work history, transfers, and attendance.
Support end-to-end HR administrative processes from recruitment documentation to onboarding and offboarding.
Perform employee history checks and background verification when required by management.
Ensure all employee data and documentation are accurate, complete, and in line with company policies and labor regulations.
Assist in preparing regular HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal use.
Provide administrative support for performance reviews, training activities, and contract renewals.
Coordinate with operational teams to support HR needs across restaurant locations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR data.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in HR administration or HR staff role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with hands-on experience using HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and discretion.
