Role Description

This is a full-time role for a HR Supervisor, located on-site in Badung Regency. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Daily tasks include managing the recruitment and selection process, addressing employee queries, and ensuring a healthy work environment by upholding company policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Skills in employee relations and performance management

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

• Experience in the property or related industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Fluent in English
