The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations and office administration in Indonesia, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and relations, and general office administration to support business needs. This role will also act as a business partner, advising the Leadership Management team on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing comprehensive support for both global and regional projects.

The position have responsible to :
  • Implement and execute HR projects in alignment with both global and regional initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation at all employee levels
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR and office administration functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and relations, and general office administration, while ensuring alignment with regional HR policies and compliance with local legal requirements
  • Work closely with the Management Team to provide strategic guidance and partnership on manpower planning and organizational structure to support overall organizational success
  • Drive initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance team productivity
  • Partner with the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
  • Oversee and manage annual exercises such as performance management, salary review, and talent management
  • Manage yearly staff budget planning, overhead cost analysis, and monthly forecast headcount and cost review
  • Coordinate and implement training initiatives or projects as assigned by the Regional Learning team, monitor training budget expenditures, and maintain employee training records in the Learning Management system
  • Prepare and manage regular and ad hoc reports for Global and Regional HR.
  • Perform any other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.
