Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and platforms.
Identify training needs and develop annual training plans aligned with business goals.
Organize and deliver internal training programs or coordinate with external trainers.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Foster a learning culture across the organization.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave balances.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with Finance and external vendors on payroll and benefits administration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and payroll processes.
Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and labor law compliance.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
