Key Responsibilities:Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and investigations.
Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Oversee recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and support organizational development initiatives.
Lead or support special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or HR business partner role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
