Client Details: Japanese Manufacturing Company in Cikarang
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers, supporting the early resolution of complex, sensitive, or challenging employee relations matters while effectively managing associated risks.
Coach and advise managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current and upcoming employment legislation as well as local practices, to promote accuracy, consistency, and best practice.
Oversee workforce planning by advising managers on recruitment strategies, job descriptions, person specifications, job evaluations, and appropriate selection methods.
Act as the HR lead in managing organizational change, working alongside managers on formal consultation processes, and handling key activities such as due diligence and redundancy calculations.
Maintain professional development by engaging in performance reviews and attending relevant training as required.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment legislation, organizational policies, procedures, and external guidelines.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with line managers to understand their needs and deliver effective HR support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least 10 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational functions within a Japanese multinational company.
Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3), with strong speaking and writing skills to support daily communication with Japanese counterparts.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
